Return & Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund. For eligible products, you have up to 3 months from the date of dispatching your order(s) to initiate a return. It is simple and the procedures are as the following:
i. Get the product you want to return prepared in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. All the components, manuals, cables and accessories shall be included with the package.
ii. Contact our Customer Service team at support@gmyle.com to request for Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please state your order number clearly in your email.
iii. Once the return is approved by our Customer Service team, RMA# and return address will be provided together. Please make sure you have got the RMA# as we do all the return and refund by the RMA# we provides.
iv. Print the RMA# clearly on the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT A RMA# WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
Returns are subject to our Return / Refund Policy. For your protection, it is suggested to use a “traceable” ground shipping method that you can get a tracking number. We do not bear the responsibility to pay for the return shipping charges. If you are returning an incorrect or defective item dispatched by us, we will refund the return shipping charges. Or else the sender has to bear the responsibilities of all the fees occurred during shipping.
Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) WITH A RMA# ON THE PACKAGE and your refund will be returned to your card-issuing bank account.
